Independent field certifiers and certification shops that test Class II biosafety cabinets and want to replace paper forms, disconnected spreadsheets, and repeated report entry.
What it changes
One traceable path from scheduled work to renewal
BSC Atlas connects the equipment record, selected field checks, instruments, technician review, certificate, customer delivery, and next due date. New workspaces include 30 days of Growth access without a card.
Structured BSC field records
Record inflow, downflow, HEPA filter leak, airflow smoke pattern, alarm, and site test outcomes with the instruments used.
Failures and retests stay visible
Keep corrective action and retest history attached to the same cabinet instead of overwriting the original result.
Certificates before leaving the site
Review the completed record, issue a numbered PDF certificate, and give the customer a QR-verifiable copy from the field.
Renewals become a working queue
See overdue and upcoming cabinets by facility, schedule the next visit, and preserve the prior readings for comparison.
Step 1
Import or register the cabinet
Bring in cabinet lists, prior certificates, field sheets, PDFs, and photos, then review imported details against the source.
Step 2
Complete the field record
Use a phone or laptop to record readings, results, instruments, technician details, and notes at the cabinet.
Step 3
Issue and deliver
Generate the certificate, customer link, and QR verification label without retyping the completed field record.
Does BSC Atlas determine whether a cabinet passes NSF/ANSI 49?
No. A qualified certifier selects the applicable method and acceptance basis. BSC Atlas records the work and produces documentation from the approved results.
Can existing cabinet and certificate history be imported?
Yes. Equipment lists, prior certificates, and field sheets can be imported from spreadsheets, PDFs, or photos and reviewed before they are added.
Can customers verify a certificate without an account?
Yes. Each new certificate and equipment label can include a QR code that opens a public verification record with the certificate number, dates, certifying company, and technician details.
BSC Atlas is documentation and workflow software. It does not replace current standards, manufacturer procedures, customer requirements, accreditation obligations, or the judgment of a qualified certifier.
